At Filing99, we are committed to delivering high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
1. Nature of Services
Filing99 provides professional accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services. As these are professional services involving time, expertise, and intellectual effort, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If a payment has been made more than once for the same invoice, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full
- Service not delivered: If Filing99 has failed to commence or deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe through no fault of the Client
- Cancellation before commencement: If the Client cancels the engagement in writing before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued
- Material service failure: If Filing99 has materially failed to deliver the agreed scope of service and has not remedied the issue within a reasonable timeframe after written notice
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Services have been fully or partially delivered as agreed
- The Client provided incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information that affected service delivery
- The Client’s business circumstances changed after commencement of services
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes resulting from information provided by the Client
- Cancellation requests made after work has commenced
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a written refund request to info@filing99.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Name/Business Name]”
- Include your invoice number, payment date, amount paid, and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will review and respond with a decision within 7 business days
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Filing99 is not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.

If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, please contact us at info@filing99.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the governing law provisions outlined in our Terms of Engagement.
